The well-being of every camper is our top priority. From pre-camp preparation to daily care during camp sessions, we’ve built a strong foundation of health and safety standards to create a secure, nurturing, and fun environment where players can thrive.
Before Camp Arrival
All campers must submit required forms before arrival, including:
Medical Form
Parent Waiver & Code of Conduct Form
Transportation Waiver
Camp Health Protocol
Campers showing signs of illness or fever will not be admitted until symptom-free
Our team will notify parents within 24 hours if a camper visits our health clinic due to injury or illness
If a camper requires more attention than we can safely provide, parents may be asked to pick up their child within 12–24 hours
Clean & Safe Environment
Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized between each camp session
Common areas, restrooms, and equipment are disinfected regularly
We emphasize good ventilation and fresh air circulation in indoor spaces
Daily hygiene reminders for all campers: clean clothes, hand washing, sunscreen, and hydration
Trained & Certified Staff
All staff are USTA Safe Play approved

CPR-certified by the American Red Cross
Our camp is authorized by the Monterey County Health Department, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
