From arrival times to room setup, here’s everything you need to know before your camper joins us at Meadowbrook Tennis & Swim Club. Our goal is to keep you informed and your camper prepared, so you both feel confident and excited for an unforgettable summer experience!

Overnight Camper Check-in: Sunday at 3:00pm
Day Camper Check-in: Monday at 9:00am
Check-out: Players need to be picked up by 12:00pm on Friday.
Campers enjoy a comfortable, all-inclusive stay in supervised dorm-style housing with separate rooms for boys and girls. Daily meals are served on-site and monitored by staff.
We promote healthy routines and a warm community environment, making the dorm feel like home away from home.

Our on-site Pro Shop is stocked with everything your camper might need to stay game-ready all week long. From high-quality tennis and pickleball gear to essential accessories, our shop is here to support players at every level.

Overgrips, strings, dampeners, and replacement grips
Branded camp apparel, hats, and water bottles
